Just thought I'd let you know that I got a Spyware message from the firewall when I clicked on that link.

I checked that link there is no spyware on it, imageshack is a safe site. That flash video does not contain any spyware. To make a video appear on a site you would have to use another form of code aka, <embed> or <object> tag, plus .flv file formats require a player .swf are much more efficient and work in more places. Note that the forum will most likely not allow videos excepting for Animated GIF formats. Even if it did they will most likely be disabled for protection against porn bots, which will exploit the privilege.

that is pure HTML coding. But it is currently disabled.
Options
HTML is OFF
BBCode is ON
Smilies are ON

usually it would work as say;
Code:
<embed src="http://image.com/image.swf" width="350" height="450"></embed>

technically yes this is what you would use, but because of the rules of the forum you simply cannot place flash videos.
