Post subject:  Freediving Courses on Mornington and Bellarine Peninsulas

Hi SFD Members and Friends,

My name's Marlon Quinn and I'm a freediver and freediving instructor in Victoria.

We're pretty lucky in Australia to be surrounded by some very talented freedivers and spearfishermen that are ready to share knowledge and run specialised courses in every state across Australia, with Victoria being no exception. We certainly have the advantage of a great many choices these days.

I've been fortunate to teach a number of SFD members in freediving techniques, relaxation, safety and rescue and it's always a bonus to run into a known face at a local spearing/dive site and see your progress first hand.

Maybe you've been interested in improving your technique, becoming more relaxed, knowing how to keep yourself and your buddies safe, but haven't found a reason to do a course and that's okay.

If you do decide one day to take a private lesson or a course, I'd encourage you to take a look at my site at watermaarq.com and to contact me if you're interested in finding out more about what's possible or you can always visit the current course calendar at any time.

In the meantime, stay safe, happy spearing and see you in the water.

Cheers,

Marlon
