Hey guys,

Due to the club rooms in Bennet st having severe water damage the club meeting has been moved to Dandenong Hotel, 193 Lonsdale St. This will only be for this month whilst the council re-carpets and cleans out the club rooms..

The hotel is near Ocean Wetsuits, and the meeting will be held in the function room out the back, 8pm as per usual. Juniors are more than welcome (it's a function room not a pub) and it's only a 5 minute drive from the normal location.

Massive thanks to Rob Miller for teeing up a new venue with such short notice.

I get coastline fever .

I will be there . Making the long hall ( 5 hours return). I have a theory that I missed a couple of meetings and the dives were called off. If I make the meeting then Sunday will be on. Sick to death of doing laps and booties and fins have cried enough f ing chlorine.

Why is salt water so far away and the weather so crappy at this time of the year ?

I'll be there, got new gear waiting for me Will pub still be open for a quick Gin & Tonic? Me and my mates make a habit of having a drink every time we're in dandy.

Also, this is probably only funny to people NOT involved with the club, but there's a poetic justice in a diver's club house getting water damaged.

Nonick, yes people will still be able to get drinks.

Sham, we had a big turn out last month something like 50+people, so you shouldn't be too lonely.
