Im very interested in this course but Im not sure if I can justify spending over a grand for both sessions. Has any one done both stage A and B before? Im wondering if its worth just doing stage A??

cheers

Its better to just do Stage A anyway as it gives you time to work on your technique and go away and practice changing all your bad habits/techniques you had been doing lol.. Well that was the case for me..

I have completed the stage A course, it is not cheap but what you gain I don't think you can put a price on. Well worth doing if you have any questions just pm me!!

Cheers Justin

My regular dive store at rye said he learnt a lot with stage A. He increased more breath hold and improved the technique now he going stage B. he recommended me. I am going stage A and B in a week i call it a crash course.

Erez is the best instructor in Australia. so i take the opportunity. Yeah it cost alot but its worth for a price for my life in spearfishing/freediving. its all about techniques improves and breath hold increased more.

If you are really good and all yoru techniques are good safety, breath hold good. maybe skip A go for B? maybe he can teach you a bit to change at Stage B from the Stage A what you some missed out ?
