For balance, something from the Greens - its funny that none of their policies are really directed at recreational fishers...

The country alliance are a front group for the woodchip industry more than anything else. Bob Richardson was involved in setting it up, the same guy who set up Timber Communities Australia and the Bush Users Group. These are two astroturf organisations that receive their funding from The National Association of Forest Industries and the big woodchip companies like the ones at Eden and Geelong.
The country alliance are a front group for the woodchip industry more than anything else.
Greg you are a dickhead. Once again you have no idea what you are talking about . Check out their candidates and you will see most of them are rec fishos. They do support the logging industry as well but are not
a front group for the woodchip industry more than anything else.
In this post there are 4 different parties policies and the one you are bagging is the only one that is there to fight for Recreational Fishermans rights and cleary state in their policies they are against the expansion of Marine Parks.

At the last state election its preferences in Western Victoria were critical in supporting the DLP's Peter Kavanagh who went on to pick up ALP preferences ahead of the Greens' Marcus Ward, and ultimately the fifth seat in that region.

The only reason you are bagging them is because you are a closet Greens supporter and you can't wait for more Marine Parks to be created and spearfishing to be banned.

Sunshine it is fact that Bob Richardson started TCA and BUG with the aim of masquerading the woodchip industry in with a lot of other users of the bush. They are both known to be astroturf groups for the export woodchipping industry. when he starts another group with the same mantra it appears quite obvious to me.

Sure they have a much wider platform than just logging and there stand against marine parks is definitely in our interest along with many of the other policies they have. You tell me though what fisherman, hunters, bee keepers, 4x4 drivers, dirt bikers or just about anybody else they represent has to gain by having industrial scale, export woodchip driven logging continued. I can tell you heaps of negative impacts.

These groups work by pretending to be something they aren't to get there own agenda through.

I think you will find the ALP has made a stand against marine parks and has pretty good policies for hunters as well, have a read. You might be surprised.

Your final statement is a ripper   You really haven't got a clue about me.
